Background: 

Alastair holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Bath, UK.  He founded Pringle-Scott LLC after working at Anheuser-Busch Inc for 25 years, where he held a number of senior technical positions including Senior Director of Brewing Research.   Alastair is also Assistant Professor of Biology at Maryville University, St. Louis and is a member of the Board of Examiners at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.

Joseph Lazzara

Background: 

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Tampa.  He founded JL Process Design, LLC after working at Anheuser-Busch Inc for 30 years, where he held a number of Engineering Management and Brewing Production positions including Senior Manager of Brewing Process Development and Brewing Process Optimization.  Joseph worked as an Assistant Brew Master at the Anheuser–Busch Brewery in St. Louis and is a member and past president of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, District St. Louis.
